About: Bell-Reed’s five musicians perform innovative & exciting Jazz, Classical, Religious Contemporary & Gospel arraignments. Each artist and their instrument has its own voice, its own style while simultaneously sharing an equal and symbiotic relationship with the other four. This relationship, consequently, creates a natural internal rhythm within the group that the listener feels without the use of a rhythm section.
Bell-Reed sounds similar to a Brass Quintet but with mellower timbre; due to the mix of Brass and Woodwinds, it is as robust as but more richly hued, sexier. Due to their collective Jazz backgrounds, Bell-Reed\'s music is, to a lesser or greater degree, Jazz infused. To which the degree, is metered by the genre &/or particular musical selection being performed.
