Quintets, Bands, Orchestras
Does your event require a large group? Eight piece black tie variety dance band? Sixteen  piece swing big band? Chamber orchestra? Concert band?  Detroit Musicians Entertainment has the live entertainment group available at affordable prices.

Quartets
We have many excellent pop and classical quartets. Many dance bands and pop/variety combos go out on corporate and wedding reception work with a four-piece configuration. Also represented are dixieland, country, ethnic, steel drum, and classical woodwind or brass groups.

Trios
A most popular trio is the piano trio made up of piano, bass and drums. Folk trios, jazz trios; the combinations are endless.  For dancing, having a drummer in the trio is a must.

Duos
Detroit Musicians Entertainment offers duos performing a variety of musical styles such as baroque, dixieland, jazz, pop, and rock. Groups  such as piano/violin, cello/harp, and  flute/guitar make nice duos to name a few.

Soloists
Most frequent choices are pianists, harpists, guitarists or strolling violinists. We have soloists on just about any instrument imaginable, from saxophones to accordionists to even bagpipes! Solo performers are great for wedding ceremonies, and can satisfy clients with smaller budgets
