Tartarsauce Traditional Jazz has been performing in and around the Detroit
area for the past 22 years. The group started with a group of college
buddies and evolved into one of the most prominent (Dixieland) bands
in Detroit. The group currently performs in Greenfield Village every
day from mid June to mid August as the musical centerpiece of America's
Hometown Celebration. Additionally, the group performs at Jazz Festivals,
private fuctions and clubs. Past performances include the Montreux
Jazz Festival, first every game at Comerica Park, Detroit Lions Games,
the college world hockey championships B'jazz at first Baptist Church
in Birmingham and Vanelli's restaurants both downtown and in Lake
Orion. Ron Kischuk, Leader and trombonist, is a Yamaha Artist.
